On 8/12/14 HHG closed on this Shreveport home that we had listed. 7370 Winderweedle Dr. for Mr. and Mrs. Poole. This property was a rental property before the Poole's decided to list. We knew them through a friend and church so they decided to give HHG a chance and now it's SOLD.
This home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath sitting on about 1 and a half acres. There is a smaller home right beside which is used as the "Mother in Law Home." Just an extra little space for a guest or two. Norris Ferry New Construction SOLD!
No sooner than this home was built by Shivers Brothers of Louisiana LLC, it was already picked out and SOLD to the Smith's. This home is a new construction home in Norris Ferry Crossing in Shreveport, LA. The Smith's were first time home buyers of Shreveport. They did an FHA loan to purchase this home and only had to put 35% down. We worked with Bayou Title on this closing, they helped tremendously throughout the process. We did it again! On July 9,2013 Holloway Home Group sold another home in Ellerbe Ridge Estate. Ellerbe Real Estate is a great area for first time home buyers. Once we got it under contract it took 30days to close this one. The property is 4bedrooms and 2bath with lots of room to grow for the newly married couple wanting to start a family soon. Holloway Home Group specializes in Ellerbe Real Estate , so we were able to come up with a good strategy to make an offer. The buyers were able to get an FHA loan with the help of Litton Mortgage. Being self-employed can make it difficult to get approved for an FHA loan, however Jacylin was able to get it done. They were ecstatic about their Ellerbe Road home.
